Cute place but needs upkeep. Positive: The house is nice and well designed. Love the concrete floors. The second bath in this one was helpful with 3 adults. Lots of space and pretty well supplied kitchen. Negative: One bed frame was VERY loose and could have come apart if a little pressure was applied. Not good for a 350 lb person. The bathtub has VERY bad cracks which could catch skin. Baths and kit are so calcified that they don't appear to have EVER been cleaned. dust bunnies behind the doors. Dirty wall. Stuff in shower which I cleaned off very easily were NOT cleaned before I came. Upkeep on this property needs MORE. Wifi was so iffy the TV and phones seemed to have trouble working at the same time. And the VERY forceful NO EVENTS rule may be the dealbreaker. I wanted to cook a meal and play cards with my 75 yr old sister and her son, but did not as I did not want a $500 charge. Sad.
